HOW TO RETURN THE UNIT
Before you return the unit we would like to be notified either via email or using this direct contact form. We will acknowledge your request the same day. To prevent  SPAM we do not publish any email addresses here. Our email address was sent to you when we notified you with shipment tracking number. Because of refund policy set out by financial institutions, the timing is critical. If you plan to exercise our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you must take into consideration the transit time required for the unit to be shipped back and forth. Please check with your shipping source to determine transit time.  To prevent damage during transit, please use the same package as it was shipped in.

If you are shipping from USA, please ship via Priority Post using USA Postal services, do not use UPS or FedEx because border clearance charges may apply. We reserve the right to refuse the package if border clearance charges are required.

If you are shipping from USA please place
 Canada Customs Information label on the return package.
It is absolutely critical that you do so.
