acknowledge your request the same day.

Because of refund policy set out by financial institutions, the timing is critical.
If you plan to exercise our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you must
take into consideration the transit time required for the unit to be
shipped back and forth. Please check with your shipping source to determine transit
time. To prevent damage during transit, please use
the same package as it was shipped in.
If you are shipping from USA,
please ship via
Priority Post using USA Postal services, do not use
UPS or
FedEx because border clearance charges may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse the package if
